Did you receive a delivery that does not belong to you?

To return the delivery, we send a prepaid return envelope, which can be sent by leaving it for Posti to transport, for example by dropping it in a letterbox. If you want the return envelope to a different address than where the product has been delivered please tell us about it in the additional information.
